CPEI Stratford Women's Road and Gravel Rides
Come out and join us for a women's group ride with two weekly options to pick from and a mixture of riding both road and gravel!
In 2025 we will have two weekly rides June through August:
Thursday Evening Road/Gravel Rides - 6 pm
This year, the Thursday night ride will alternate weekly between road riding in Stratford and gravel riding on trails/dirt roads from various locations around PEI.
For the road rides, we will offer two pace groups: Terriers (no-drop): 24-26kph and Greyhounds (drop): 27kph+ . You don't have to have group experience, but you should be able to ride 24 km in an hour or less. We will focus on safety and skills and reinforce group riding skills each week.
Monday Morning Road Rides - 9am
This weekly road ride will depart from Ted's Bicycle Studio (41 Hollis Ave, Unit 4A, Stratford, PEI.) All riders must be able to ride 24 km in an hour or less. CPEI will provide leaders to organize this weekly ride into appropriate no-drop pace groups based on riders.

Open to all beginner/intermediate road and gravel riders.
Learn how to ride in a group, including proper pace lining, practicing safe riding and rider awareness. A group ride can be beneficial to all who join in if done right. Take turns pulling for the group without going past your limit. We'll cover more mileage if we all work together and have a quality workout that’s enjoyable. This is a no drop ride lead by a well seasoned road rider as an experienced NCCP coach.
